Account responsibility.

Cryptocurrency order protocol.
Orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. Pinecone Matches processes cryptocurrency orders after full payment has been verified on the blockchain.
International shipping framework.
Orders are shipped through the company's international warehouse network. Delivery timing depends on destination, carrier routing and customs procedures.
Mainland China
Authorized warehouse origin for international fulfillment.

Regional logistics origin supporting applicable shipments.

Returns & refund protocol.
Returns and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy and are subject to eligibility, inspection and authorization requirements.

Mining equipment operates under variable technical, environmental and blockchain conditions. Pinecone Matches does not guarantee profitability.
Customer-side regulatory responsibility.
Customers are responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession and operation of mining equipment complies with the laws and technical requirements applicable to them.
AML / KYC Verification Procedure
Pinecone Matches may conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), sanctions, fraud-prevention and transaction compliance reviews in connection with orders and transactions.
If a transaction is flagged for additional compliance review, the customer may be required to complete the Pinecone Matches AML/KYC verification procedure before the transaction or order can be approved, processed, shipped, refunded or otherwise finalized. A compliance flag does not, by itself, mean that the customer has engaged in illegal or improper activity.
Depending on the circumstances of the review, the customer may be asked to provide identity information, government-issued identification, identity-verification or selfie information, source-of-funds information, source-of-wealth information, information concerning the acquisition or origin of cryptocurrency used for payment, transaction hashes, wallet addresses and other supporting documentation reasonably required for customer due diligence and transaction screening.
Customers required to complete AML/KYC verification must provide accurate, complete and authentic information and cooperate with reasonable verification requests. Until the required review is satisfactorily completed, Pinecone Matches may place the relevant order or transaction on hold and may suspend processing, shipment, refund or other fulfillment activities to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Customers must use the official Pinecone Matches verification process. Pinecone Matches will never require a customer to provide a cryptocurrency private key, seed phrase, wallet recovery phrase, wallet password or two-factor authentication code as part of AML/KYC verification.
Digital assets remain protected.
Website text, logos, product images, videos, graphics and design elements are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual-property laws.
Privacy operates as a separate protocol.
Information collected through the website is handled according to the Pinecone Matches Privacy Policy.
